The configuration of high mast light:
1. The shape is typically dodecagon or octagonal conical pole, crafted from high-strength steel plates. These plates undergo cutting, bending,automatic welding. Standard heights are 25m, 30m, and 35m, with a maximum wind resistance design capable of withstanding up to 60 meters per second.
2. In the functional framework, the materials used are chiefly decorative and predominantly steel. Components such as steel pipe, lamp post, and lamp plate are subjected to hot-dip galvanization.
3. The electric lifting system comprises an electric motor, winch, three sets of hot-dip galvanized steel wire ropes, and cables.Inside the lamp post, a mechanism ensures a lifting speed of 3 to 5 meters per minute.
4. The guiding and unloading system includes a guide wheel and guide arm, ensuring the lamp plate remains stable and unmoved laterally.during the lifting process. Once the lamp plate is in position, it automatically drops and locks into place using a hook mechanism.
5. The lighting electrical system supports 6 to 24 lamps, ranging from 400W to 1000W. Options include metal halide (white light), spotlights, and floodlights.A computer time controller automates the switching times, offering options for partial or full illumination,

Classification of high pole lamps
Generally classified into lifting and non-lifting types. Lifting main poles typically exceed 18m in height, facilitating convenient electric lifting operations. Once raised to working height, the lamp tray automatically detaches and hangs securely, allowing for easy wire rope unloading.
The lifting high-pole lamp features two control modes: manual and electric. This allows the lamp tray
to be safely and reliably lowered to 2.5 meters above ground, simplifying maintenance. The manual remote control device has a 10m lead-out wire, enabling operators to control the lifting process from a safe 5-meter distance.
Every lift-type high-pole lamp comes equipped with a spare cable. When the lamp tray is lowered to the appropriate height, one end of the cable connects to the electrical control system, while the other connects to the junction box on the lamp tray, ensuring direct power supply and easy maintenance of lamps and lanterns.
All lamps and lanterns on lift-type high-pole lamps meet the IP65 international standard for sealing, preventing dust and rain intrusion, thereby enhancing bulb lifespan. The materials used are generally aluminum alloy plates and stainless steel, known for their excellent corrosion resistance.
