The Configuration of High Mast Light:

The standard heights available are a commanding 25m, 30m, and 35m, engineered to withstand fierce winds with a maximum wind resistance design of up to 60 meters per second.
2. Beyond its robust functional framework, the design exudes a decorative appeal, predominantly utilizing premium steel. The steel pipes, lamp posts, and lamp plates undergo a process of hot dip galvanizing to ensure superior durability and longevity.

The electric lifting system is a marvel of engineering excellence, comprising an efficient electric motor, a reliable winch, and three sets of hot dip galvanized steel wire ropes and cables.This intricate system operates within the lamp post, delivering a smooth lifting speed ranging from 3 to 5 meters per minute, ensuring optimal functionality and ease of use.
4. The guiding and unloading system, ingeniously designed, incorporates a guide wheel and guide arm. This setup guarantees that the lamp plate remains steady with no lateral movement.throughout the lifting process. Upon reaching its designated position, the lamp plate is securely locked into place by an automatic hook mechanism, ensuring uncompromised stability.
5. The lighting electrical system is a powerhouse, equipped to support between 6 to 24 lamps, ranging from 400 W to 1000 W. It includes metal halide options, offering both white light and floodlight capabilities.A sophisticated computer time controller enhances convenience by automating the switching times, allowing for either partial lighting or full illumination as desired.
6. The lightning protection system is state-of-the-art, featuring a strategically placed 1.5-meter long lightning rod at the lamp's pinnacle,
and a robust underground foundation equipped with a 1-meter long grounding wire, thoroughly welded with the underground bolt, ensuring safety and reliability.

Classification of High Pole Lamps:
These high pole lamps are categorized into lifting and non-lifting types. The lifting main pole, typically exceeding 18m in height, offers convenient electric operation. As the lamp tray ascends to its working height, it seamlessly detaches, rests in the groove, and the rope is effectively released.
The lifting type high-pole lamp provides dual control options – both manual and electric – enabling the lamp tray
to gently descend to a safe and manageable height of 2.5 meters above ground, facilitating effortless maintenance. The manual remote control device comes with a 10-meter lead-out wire, allowing the operator to safely manage the lamp panel's ascent and descent from a distance of 5 meters.
Every lift-type high-pole lamp is equipped with an extra cable for added reliability. As the lamp tray descends to an optimal position, one cable end plugs into the electrical control system socket, while the other connects to the junction box on the lamp tray, ensuring direct power supply for maintenance of the lamps and fixtures.
All lamps and lanterns in the lift-type high-pole system boast an IP65 international sealing standard, effectively preventing dust and rain infiltration, thereby extending the bulb's service life. The lamp and lantern materials, primarily aluminum alloy plates and stainless steel, are selected for their excellent corrosion resistance.

The lamp post is divided into eight - edge, twelve - edge and eighteen - pyramid - shaped posts according to the diameter. The posts are made of high-strength high-quality steel plates through shearing, bending and automatic welding. Generally, the height of the posts is 20, 25, 30, 35, 40 and other specifications. The designed maximum wind resistance can reach 60m / sec. Each specification consists of 2 to 4 sections of splicing. Flanged steel chassis is provided.
