The electric lifting system is a marvel of engineering, featuring a robust electric motor, a reliable winch, and three sets of hot-dip galvanized steel wire ropes, complemented by an efficient cable system.Inside the lamp post, this system ensures a smooth lifting speed ranging from 3 to 5 meters per minute.

The guiding and unloading system is ingeniously designed with guide wheels and guide arms, ensuring that the lamp plate remains steady without lateral movement..During the lifting process, when the lamp plate reaches its designated position, it can be automatically secured and locked in place by the strategic use of hooks.

Our lighting electrical system is a powerhouse, equipped with a range of 6 to 24 lamps, available in 400W or 1000W, using metal halide (white light), light and floodlight technology.With the incorporation of a computer time controller, the system can seamlessly manage the switching times, offering options for partial lighting or full illumination as needed.
6. Protecting against the elements, the lightning protection system features a robust 1.5 meters long lightning rod at the lamp top,

Classification of high pole lamps
High pole lamps are broadly categorized into lifting and non-lifting types. The lifting main pole towers above 18m, allowing for seamless electric lifting operations. Once the lamp tray reaches its optimal working height, it automatically detaches, secures in position, and the wire rope is efficiently unloaded.
The lifting type high-pole lamp offers dual manual and electric control modes, facilitating the safe and reliable lowering of the lamp tray to a convenient height of 2.5 meters above ground, ensuring ease of maintenance.
Equipped with a 10m lead-out wire for the manual remote control device, operators can safely and remotely manage the lifting and lowering of the lamp panel from a distance of up to 5m, guaranteeing their personal safety.
Each lift-type high-pole lamp includes a spare cable, allowing the lamp tray to be easily powered by connecting one cable end to the electrical control system socket and the other to the junction box, facilitating straightforward maintenance of lamps and lanterns.
All lamps and lanterns of the lift-type high-pole lamp meet the IP65 international sealing standard, effectively preventing dust and rain infiltration, thus prolonging bulb lifespan. The materials used, typically aluminum alloy plates and stainless steel, ensure excellent corrosion resistance.

The lamp post is divided into eight - edge, twelve - edge and eighteen - pyramid - shaped posts according to the diameter. The posts are made of high-strength high-quality steel plates through shearing, bending and automatic welding. Generally, the height of the posts is 20, 25, 30, 35, 40 and other specifications. The designed maximum wind resistance can reach 60m / sec. Each specification consists of 2 to 4 sections of splicing. Flanged steel chassis is provided.
