Exquisite Configuration of the High Mast Light:
1. The design primarily features dodecagon or octagonal conical poles, meticulously crafted from high-strength steel plates. They undergo precise cutting, bending,and automatic welding. These poles typically stand at heights of 25m, 30m, or 35m, with an impressive wind resistance capacity of up to 60 meters per second.

2. Functionally robust yet aesthetically pleasing, the structure integrates steel, steel pipes, lamp posts, and lamp plates-all hot-dip galvanized for enhanced durability.

3. The electric lifting system is a marvel of engineering with an electric motor, winch, and three sets of hot-dip galvanized steel wire ropes and cables.Inside the lamp post, the system operates at a smooth lifting speed of 3 to 5 meters per minute.

4. The guiding and unloading system, featuring guide wheels and arms, ensures the lamp plate remains stable and does not sway during lifting..Upon reaching its designated position, the lamp plate automatically secures itself, dropping and locking into place with precision hooks.

5. The lighting electrical system is versatile, accommodating 6 to 24 lamps of 400W or 1000W metal halide (white light) configurations, offering both spot and floodlighting options.Additionally, the computer time controller allows for automatic switching, enabling either partial lighting or full illumination as needed.

6. The lightning protection system is robust, featuring a 1.5-meter-long lightning rod at the top,

and an underground foundation fortified with a 1-meter-long grounding wire, securely welded to the underground bolt for optimal safety.

Classification of High Pole Lamps
High pole lamps are generally classified into two types: lifting and non-lifting. The lifting high pole typically exceeds 18 meters in height, offering convenient electric lifting operations. Once the lamp tray is elevated to its working position, it can be automatically detached, secured in the groove, and the wire rope can be released.
The lifting high-pole lamp is equipped with dual lifting control modes: manual and electric, ensuring that the lamp tray
can be safely and reliably lowered to a height of 2.5 meters above ground for easy maintenance. The manual remote control device features a 10-meter lead wire, allowing the operator to remotely control the lifting of the lamp panel from a distance of 5 meters, ensuring their personal safety.
Each lift-type high-pole lamp includes a spare cable. When the lamp tray descends to the appropriate position, one end of the cable connects to the electrical control system socket and the other end to the junction box on the lamp tray, enabling direct power supply and easy maintenance of lamps and lanterns.
All lamps and lanterns in the lift-type high-pole lamp meet the IP65 international sealing standard, effectively preventing dust and rain infiltration and extending bulb longevity. The materials used are predominantly aluminum alloy plates and stainless steel, known for their excellent corrosion resistance.

Configuration:
1.	The lamp post is divided into eight - edge, twelve - edge and eighteen - pyramid - shaped posts according to the diameter. The posts are made of high-strength high-quality steel plates through shearing, bending and automatic welding. Generally, the height of the posts is 20, 25, 30, 35, 40 and other specifications. The designed maximum wind resistance can reach 60m / sec. Each specification consists of 2 to 4 sections of splicing. Flanged steel chassis is provided.
2.	The main function is frame structure, while the main decorative materials are steel pipes and steel pipes. The lamp post and plate are treated with hot dip zinc.
3.	The electric lifting system consists of a motor, a hoist, three sets of wire ropes and cables, etc. The lamp post is installed in the body and the vertical speed is 3 to 5 meters per minute.
4.	The guiding and unloading system consists of guiding wheels and guiding arms to ensure that the lamp tray does not move laterally during the lifting process and can automatically fall off and be locked by hooks when the lamp tray rises to the right position.
5.	The lighting electrical system is equipped with 6 - 36 gold halogen, sodium, LED and other light source lighting and floodlights, and the computer time controller can automatically control the time of switching lights and partial lighting or full lighting.
6.	Lightning protection system: 1.5 meter lightning rod is installed on the top of the lamp, and 1 meter long ground wire is installed on the underground foundation and welded with the underground bolt.
