Product Description

The configuration of high mast light:

1. The design typically features dodecagon or octagonal conical poles, crafted from high-strength steel plates that have been meticulously cut, bent, and automatically welded. Standard heights include 25m, 30m, and 35m, with a maximum wind resistance capability of up to 60 meters per second.

2. Aesthetically pleasing and functional, the framework mainly incorporates decorative steel materials. Essential components, such as steel pipes, lamp posts, and lamp plates, are hot-dip galvanized for superior durability.

3. The electric lifting system is powered by an efficient electric motor and winch, complemented by three sets of hot-dip galvanized steel wire ropes and cables. Inside the lamp post, a lifting mechanism operates at a speed of 3 to 5 meters per minute.

4. The guiding and unloading system includes a guide wheel and guide arm, ensuring that the lamp plate remains stable and does not move laterally during the lifting process.. Once the lamp plate reaches its designated position, it can be automatically lowered and securely locked into place by a hook mechanism.

5. The lighting electrical system supports 6 to 24 lamps with options of 400W and 1000W metal halide (white light), providing both light and floodlight functionality. A computer time controller ensures automatic management of switching times, enabling either partial or full illumination.

6. The lightning protection system features a 1.5-meter long lightning rod at the top of the lamp, ensuring safety and resilience against extreme weather.

The underground foundation is robustly equipped with 1-meter long grounding wires, securely welded with the underground bolt to provide stable and reliable grounding.

Classification of High Pole Lamps
High pole lamps are generally divided into lifting type and non-lifting type. The height of the lifting main pole usually exceeds 18m, offering the convenience of electric lifting operations. Once the lamp tray is raised to its optimal working position, it securely auto-detaches, hooks into the designated groove, and the wire rope is automatically released.
The lifting type high-pole lamp is equipped with both manual and electric control modes for lifting, ensuring flexibility and convenience. This allows the lamp tray
to be safely and reliably lowered to just 2.5 meters above the ground, facilitating easy maintenance. The manual remote control device comes with a 10m lead-out wire, enabling the operator to control the lifting mechanism from a safe distance of 5m, ensuring personal safety.
Additionally, each lift-type high-pole lamp includes a spare cable for added reliability. When the lamp tray is lowered to an appropriate position, one end of the cable is plugged into the electrical control system socket, while the other end connects to the junction box on the lamp tray, allowing direct power supply for maintenance and repairs.
The lift-type high-pole lamp boasts a sealing grade of IP65, an international standard preventing dust and rain ingress, thereby extending bulb longevity. These lamps and lanterns are typically constructed from high-quality aluminum alloy plates and stainless steel, ensuring excellent corrosion resistance and durability.

Configuration:
1.	The lamp post is divided into eight - edge, twelve - edge and eighteen - pyramid - shaped posts according to the diameter. The posts are made of high-strength high-quality steel plates through shearing, bending and automatic welding. Generally, the height of the posts is 20, 25, 30, 35, 40 and other specifications. The designed maximum wind resistance can reach 60m / sec. Each specification consists of 2 to 4 sections of splicing. Flanged steel chassis is provided.
2.	The main function is frame structure, while the main decorative materials are steel pipes and steel pipes. The lamp post and plate are treated with hot dip zinc.
3.	The electric lifting system consists of a motor, a hoist, three sets of wire ropes and cables, etc. The lamp post is installed in the body and the vertical speed is 3 to 5 meters per minute.
4.	The guiding and unloading system consists of guiding wheels and guiding arms to ensure that the lamp tray does not move laterally during the lifting process and can automatically fall off and be locked by hooks when the lamp tray rises to the right position.
5.	The lighting electrical system is equipped with 6 - 36 gold halogen, sodium, LED and other light source lighting and floodlights, and the computer time controller can automatically control the time of switching lights and partial lighting or full lighting.
6.	Lightning protection system: 1.5 meter lightning rod is installed on the top of the lamp, and 1 meter long ground wire is installed on the underground foundation and welded with the underground bolt.
