Fashioned from high-strength steel plates, they undergo meticulous cutting, bending,and automatic welding to reach an impressive height of 25m, 30m, or even 35m. Designed to withstand winds of up to 60 meters per second, they promise outstanding stability.

2. Within its robust framework, these lights blend functionality with elegance, featuring decorative elements primarily of steel. The steel pipe, lamp post, and lamp plate are all treated with premium hot dip galvanizing.

3. The electric lifting system is a marvel, comprising an advanced electric motor, a winch, and three sets of hot dip galvanized steel wire ropes, along with essential cables.Inside the lamp post, the lifting mechanism achieves a smooth ascent speed of 3 to 5 meters per minute.

4. The guiding and unloading system features a precision-engineered guide wheel and guide arm, ensuring unwavering stability and preventing lateral movement of the lamp plate.during the lifting process. Once in position, the lamp plate is securely locked in place with an automatic hook mechanism.

5. The sophisticated lighting electrical system accommodates 6 to 24 lamps, available in 400W or 1000W, utilizing metal halide technology for superior white light and floodlight performance.A state-of-the-art computer time controller provides seamless control over switching times and offers options for partial or full illumination, ensuring optimal lighting conditions.

These lamps are generally categorized into lifting and non-lifting types. The lifting main pole, usually exceeding 18 meters, ensures convenient electric lifting operations. Once elevated to the desired working height, our lamp tray ingeniously detaches and securely hangs in the channel, while the wire rope is effortlessly released.
Our lifting-type high-pole lamps boast two control options: manual and electric. This dual control enables the seamless lowering of the lamp tray, offering unparalleled convenience for maintenance.
Our design guarantees that the lamp tray can be safely and dependably lowered to 2.5 meters above ground level, simplifying maintenance access. The 10-meter lead-out wire of the manual remote control device enables operators to control the lifting of the lamp panel from a secure 5-meter distance, ensuring maximum safety.
These lift-type high-pole lamps are equipped with a backup cable system. When the lamp tray is appropriately lowered, one cable end is connected to the electrical control system socket, while the other end joins the lamp tray's junction box. This arrangement ensures a direct power supply for seamless maintenance of lamps and lanterns.
Designed to the IP65 international sealing standard, our lift-type high-pole lamps are engineered to resist dust and rain intrusion, thereby extending bulb life. Constructed from top-grade materials such as aluminum alloy plates and stainless steel, they offer superior corrosion resistance, ensuring durability and longevity.

Configuration:
1.	The lamp post is divided into eight - edge, twelve - edge and eighteen - pyramid - shaped posts according to the diameter. The posts are made of high-strength high-quality steel plates through shearing, bending and automatic welding. Generally, the height of the posts is 20, 25, 30, 35, 40 and other specifications. The designed maximum wind resistance can reach 60m / sec. Each specification consists of 2 to 4 sections of splicing. Flanged steel chassis is provided.
2.	The main function is frame structure, while the main decorative materials are steel pipes and steel pipes. The lamp post and plate are treated with hot dip zinc.
3.	The electric lifting system consists of a motor, a hoist, three sets of wire ropes and cables, etc. The lamp post is installed in the body and the vertical speed is 3 to 5 meters per minute.
4.	The guiding and unloading system consists of guiding wheels and guiding arms to ensure that the lamp tray does not move laterally during the lifting process and can automatically fall off and be locked by hooks when the lamp tray rises to the right position.
5.	The lighting electrical system is equipped with 6 - 36 gold halogen, sodium, LED and other light source lighting and floodlights, and the computer time controller can automatically control the time of switching lights and partial lighting or full lighting.
6.	Lightning protection system: 1.5 meter lightning rod is installed on the top of the lamp, and 1 meter long ground wire is installed on the underground foundation and welded with the underground bolt.
