Impressive Configuration of Our High Mast Lights:
1. The poles are elegantly designed in either dodecagon or octagonal conical shapes, crafted from high-strength steel plates that are meticulously cut and bent, with automated welding. These poles typically stand at heights of 25m, 30m, or 35m, and are engineered to withstand wind speeds of up to 60 meters per second.
2. Functionally robust and aesthetically pleasing, our framework incorporates decorative elements primarily made from galvanized steel, including steel pipes, lamp posts, and lamp plates.
3. The electric lifting system is a marvel of engineering, featuring an electric motor, a winch, and three sets of hot-dip galvanized steel wire ropes and cables.Inside each lamp post, a lifting mechanism allows for smooth vertical movement at speeds ranging from 3 to 5 meters per minute.
4. Our guiding and unloading system, composed of guide wheels and guide arms, ensures that the lamp plate ascends and descends without lateral movement. When the lamp plate reaches its designated position, it securely locks in place, thanks to an automatic hook mechanism.
5. The lighting electrical system is versatile, supporting 6 to 24 lamps of 400W or 1000W, including metal halide (white light) options, for both spot and floodlighting applications.A computer time controller offers seamless automation, enabling precise control over switching times and the choice between partial or full illumination.
6. Our state-of-the-art lightning protection system incorporates a 1.5-meter-long lightning rod at the lamp top,
and an underground foundation equipped with 1-meter-long grounding wires, securely welded to the underground bolts for maximum safety.
Classification of High Pole Lamps
High pole lamps can be broadly classified into lifting and non-lifting types. The lifting type typically features poles that exceed 18 meters in height, facilitating convenient electric lifting operations. Once the lamp tray is elevated to its operational height, it automatically detaches, secures itself in the recess, and the wire rope is safely disengaged.
The lifting type high-pole lamp is equipped with dual control modes—manual and electric—allowing the lamp tray to be safely managed.
It can be safely and reliably lowered to 2.5 meters above the ground, ensuring hassle-free maintenance. The manual remote control device features a 10-meter lead-out wire, enabling the operator to control the lamp panel from a safe distance of 5 meters, thereby safeguarding personal safety.
All lift-type high-pole lamps come with a spare cable. When the lamp tray is lowered to an appropriate height, one end of the cable can be connected to the socket of the electrical control system, while the other end connects to the junction box on the lamp tray. This allows for direct power supply to the lamp tray, facilitating easy maintenance and overhaul of the lamps.
The sealing grade of all lamps and lanterns in the lift-type high-pole lamp adheres to the IP65 international standard, ensuring protection against dust and rain, thereby extending bulb life. The materials used for the lamps and lanterns are typically aluminum alloy plates and stainless steel, known for their excellent corrosion resistance.
