Configuration of the High Mast Light:
1. The structure typically features a dodecagon or octagonal conical pole, crafted from high-strength steel plates that are precision-cut, bent,and automatically welded. Standard heights are 25m, 30m, and 35m, with a wind resistance design capable of withstanding speeds up to 60 meters per second.

2. The functional framework incorporates decorative elements, primarily utilizing steel, steel pipes, lamp posts, and lamp plates, all hot-dip galvanized.

3. The electric lifting system comprises an electric motor, winch, three sets of hot-dip galvanized steel wire ropes, and cables.Inside the lamp post, the lifting speed ranges from 3 to 5 meters per minute.

4. The guiding and unloading system includes a guide wheel and guide arm to ensure the lamp plate remains stable during the lifting process..Once the lamp plate reaches its position, it can be automatically secured and locked by a hook.

5. The lighting electrical system supports 6 to 24 lamps, ranging from 400W to 1000W metal halide (white light), providing both focused and floodlight illumination.A computer time controller allows automatic regulation of the switching times, enabling either partial lighting or full illumination.

6. The lightning protection system features a 1.5-meter-long lightning rod at the top of the lamp,

and the underground foundation includes 1-meter-long grounding wires welded securely to the underground bolts.

Intricate Classification of High Pole Lamps
High pole lamps are typically classified into lifting and non-lifting types. The lifting type generally features a main pole height exceeding 18m, facilitating convenient electric lifting operations. When the lamp tray ascends to its operational position, it automatically disengages, securely hanging in the groove while the wire rope is released.
Equipped with both manual and electric lifting control mechanisms, the lifting type high-pole lamp allows seamless handling of the lamp tray.
Designed for safety and ease, the lifting type high-pole lamp can be lowered to a safe height of 2.5 meters for maintenance. The manual remote control device features a 10m lead-out wire, enabling remote control of the lamp panel from a distance of up to 5m, ensuring operator safety.
Additionally, the lift-type high-pole lamp includes a spare cable to ensure operational efficiency. When the lamp tray descends to an appropriate level, one end of the cable connects to the electrical control system socket, while the other connects to the junction box on the lamp tray, providing direct power supply for maintenance.
Designed to IP65 international standards, the lift-type high-pole lamp is safeguarded against dust and rain, enhancing the longevity of the bulbs. The lamp materials, typically aluminum alloy plates and stainless steel, offer exceptional corrosion resistance, ensuring durability and reliability.

Configuration:
1.	The lamp post is divided into eight - edge, twelve - edge and eighteen - pyramid - shaped posts according to the diameter. The posts are made of high-strength high-quality steel plates through shearing, bending and automatic welding. Generally, the height of the posts is 20, 25, 30, 35, 40 and other specifications. The designed maximum wind resistance can reach 60m / sec. Each specification consists of 2 to 4 sections of splicing. Flanged steel chassis is provided.
2.	The main function is frame structure, while the main decorative materials are steel pipes and steel pipes. The lamp post and plate are treated with hot dip zinc.
3.	The electric lifting system consists of a motor, a hoist, three sets of wire ropes and cables, etc. The lamp post is installed in the body and the vertical speed is 3 to 5 meters per minute.
