1. These lights boast a robust structure with dodecagon or octagonal conical poles crafted from high-strength steel plates, precision-cut and skillfully bent,and finished with automatic welding. They are available in heights of 25m, 30m, and 35m, engineered with maximum wind resistance capable of withstanding gusts up to 60 meters per second.
2. Our functional framework is not only practical but aesthetically pleasing, featuring decorative materials like steel, steel pipes, lamp posts, and lamp plates, all protected by hot-dip galvanizing for superior longevity.

The electric lifting system is a marvel of efficiency, encompassing an electric motor, winch, and three sets of hot-dip galvanized steel wire ropes and cables for seamless operation.Inside the lamp post, a lifting mechanism allows for a speed of 3 to 5 meters per minute, ensuring quick and efficient adjustments.
4. The guiding and unloading system, featuring a guide wheel and arm, is meticulously designed to maintain stability, ensuring the lamp plate remains steady and does not sway laterally.during the lifting process. Once the lamp plate reaches its designated height, it automatically descends and secures itself with a reliable hook system.
5. Our lighting electrical system is versatile, accommodating 6 to 24 lamps with options of 400 W or 1000 W. Choose from metal halide (white light), spot, or floodlighting, all effortlessly managed by a computer time controller that automates switching, offering part or full illumination as needed.The computer time controller ensures seamless automation of operation times, allowing for precise part or full lighting adjustments as required.
6. For unmatched safety, the lightning protection system is equipped with a 1.5-meter lightning rod atop the lamp,
while the underground foundation integrates a robust 1-meter grounding wire, expertly welded to the foundational bolt, safeguarding against electrical surges.

Classification of High Pole Lamps
High pole lamps are categorized into lifting and non-lifting types. The lifting type poles exceed 18m in height, designed for user-friendly electric lifting operations. Once elevated to the required working height, the lamp tray can autonomously detach, securing itself in position while the wire rope is safely released.
Equipped with dual lifting control options—manual and electric—the lift-type high-pole lamp ensures the lamp tray can be lowered safely and reliably to just 2.5 meters off the ground, simplifying maintenance operations.
The manual remote control device features a 10m lead-out wire, allowing operators to maintain a safe 5m distance while controlling the lifting of the lamp panel, ensuring their personal safety.
A spare cable enhances the functionality of the lift-type high-pole lamp. When lowered, the lamp tray connects its cable to the electrical control system socket, ensuring direct electricity supply for seamless maintenance of lamps and lanterns.
All lamps and lanterns of the lift-type high-pole lamp boast an IP65 international sealing standard, effectively preventing dust and rain intrusion, thus extending bulb life. Constructed from premium aluminum alloy plates and stainless steel, they offer excellent corrosion resistance and durability.

The lamp post is divided into eight - edge, twelve - edge and eighteen - pyramid - shaped posts according to the diameter. The posts are made of high-strength high-quality steel plates through shearing, bending and automatic welding. Generally, the height of the posts is 20, 25, 30, 35, 40 and other specifications. The designed maximum wind resistance can reach 60m / sec. Each specification consists of 2 to 4 sections of splicing. Flanged steel chassis is provided.
