The configuration of our state-of-the-art high mast light:
1. The pole design is typically a dodecagon or an octagonal conical structure, crafted from high-strength steel plates that are precisely cut, bent, and then welded automatically. Standard heights include 25m, 30m, and 35m, with a wind resistance capacity of up to 60 meters per second.
2. Our functional framework not only serves a practical purpose but also boasts decorative materials, primarily steel. Components like steel pipes, lamp posts, and lamp plates undergo hot-dip galvanizing.
3. The advanced electric lifting system incorporates an electric motor, winch, and three sets of hot dip galvanized steel wire ropes and cables.Inside the lamp post, the lifting mechanism operates at a speed of 3 to 5 meters per minute.
4. The guiding and unloading system, featuring guide wheels and guide arms, ensures the lamp plate remains stable and does not sway sideways.during the lifting process. Upon reaching the desired height, the lamp plate is automatically secured and locked in place by a hook.
5. The lighting electrical system can accommodate between 6 to 24 lamps, available in 400 W and 1000 W metal halide (white light) options, ideal for lighting and floodlighting.A computer time controller allows for automatic regulation of the switching times, enabling partial or full illumination as required.
6. For lightning protection, the top of the lamp is equipped with a 1.5-meter lightning rod,
while the underground foundation features a 1-meter grounding wire, seamlessly welded to the underground bolt.
Classification of High Pole Lamps
High pole lamps are generally categorized into lifting and non-lifting types. The lifting type features a main pole height exceeding 18m, allowing for convenient electric lifting operations. Once the lamp tray reaches its working position, it automatically detaches, hangs securely in the ditch, and the wire rope is safely unloaded.
The lifting type high pole lamp offers dual control modes: manual and electric, facilitating the lowering of the lamp tray.
The system ensures the lamp tray can be safely and reliably lowered to 2.5 meters above ground level for easy maintenance. The manual remote control device features a 10m lead-out wire, enabling the operator to remotely control the lamp panel's lifting at a safe distance of 5m, ensuring operator safety.
Every lift-type high pole lamp is equipped with a spare cable. When the lamp tray is lowered to the appropriate position, one end of this cable is inserted into the electrical control system socket while the other end connects to the junction box on the lamp tray, allowing for direct power supply and convenient maintenance of lamps and lanterns.
All lift-type high pole lamp fixtures are designed to meet the IP65 international standard for sealing, effectively preventing the ingress of dust and rain, thus extending the bulb's service life. The materials used for the lamps and lanterns typically include aluminum alloy plates and stainless steel, known for their excellent corrosion resistance.
