Product Description

The impeccable configuration of our high mast light:

1. The structure features a dodecagon or octagonal conical pole, crafted from high-strength steel plates through cutting, bending, and automatic welding techniques. Towering at impressive heights of 25m, 30m, and up to 35m, this fixture can withstand wind resistance up to a remarkable 60 meters per second.

2. Beyond functionality, our design incorporates decorative elements primarily using steel, steel pipes, and lamp plates, all of which are hot-dip galvanized for enhanced durability.

3. The electric lifting system is an engineering marvel, consisting of an electric motor, winch, and three sets of hot-dip galvanized steel wire ropes and cables. Inside the lamp post, the system lifts at a speed ranging from 3 to 5 meters per minute.

4. With a guiding and unloading system comprising of guide wheels and guide arms, we ensure that the lamp plate remains steady without any transverse movement during the lifting process. Once the lamp plate reaches its designated position, it automatically drops and locks in place securely with the hook mechanism.

5. The lighting electrical system supports 6 to 24 lamps, available in 400 W and 1000 W metal halide (white light) options, ideal for both light and floodlight applications. A sophisticated computer time controller automates switching times, enabling partial or full illumination as needed.

6. Our state-of-the-art lightning protection system includes a 1.5-meter-long lightning rod at the lamp top, while

the underground foundation is fortified with 1-meter-long grounding wires, securely welded with underground bolts for unparalleled safety.

Classification of High Mast Lamps
High mast lamps generally fall into two categories: lifting type and non-lifting type. The lifting main pole typically exceeds 18 meters in height, and the electric lifting mechanism ensures easy operation. Once the lamp tray is elevated to its working position, it automatically detaches, secures in the ditch, and the wire rope is released.
The lifting type high-mast lamp offers dual lifting control options, both manual and electric, allowing the lamp tray
to be safely and reliably lowered to a convenient 2.5 meters above the ground for effortless maintenance. The manual remote control device features a 10-meter lead-out wire, enabling the operator to remotely control the lifting of the lamp panel from a distance of 5 meters, ensuring the operator's personal safety.
Each lift-type high-mast lamp comes with a backup cable. When the lamp tray is lowered to an appropriate position, one end of the cable connects to the electrical control system socket, and the other end connects to the junction box on the lamp tray, allowing direct power supply for maintenance of lamps and lanterns.
All lift-type high-mast lamps feature a sealing grade of IP65 international standard, guarding against dust and rain intrusion and extending the bulb's service life. These lamps and lanterns are primarily made of aluminum alloy plates and stainless steel, known for their excellent corrosion resistance.

Configuration:
1.	The lamp post is divided into eight - edge, twelve - edge and eighteen - pyramid - shaped posts according to the diameter. The posts are made of high-strength high-quality steel plates through shearing, bending and automatic welding. Generally, the height of the posts is 20, 25, 30, 35, 40 and other specifications. The designed maximum wind resistance can reach 60m / sec. Each specification consists of 2 to 4 sections of splicing. Flanged steel chassis is provided.
2.	The main function is frame structure, while the main decorative materials are steel pipes and steel pipes. The lamp post and plate are treated with hot dip zinc.
3.	The electric lifting system consists of a motor, a hoist, three sets of wire ropes and cables, etc. The lamp post is installed in the body and the vertical speed is 3 to 5 meters per minute.
4.	The guiding and unloading system consists of guiding wheels and guiding arms to ensure that the lamp tray does not move laterally during the lifting process and can automatically fall off and be locked by hooks when the lamp tray rises to the right position.
5.	The lighting electrical system is equipped with 6 - 36 gold halogen, sodium, LED and other light source lighting and floodlights, and the computer time controller can automatically control the time of switching lights and partial lighting or full lighting.
6.	Lightning protection system: 1.5 meter lightning rod is installed on the top of the lamp, and 1 meter long ground wire is installed on the underground foundation and welded with the underground bolt.
