1. The majestic structure is typically a dodecagon or octagonal conical pole, meticulously crafted from high-strength steel plates. After precise cutting and seamless bending,automated welding ensures unwavering sturdiness. Standard heights include 25m, 30m, and an impressive 35m, engineered to withstand winds up to 60 meters/second.
2. Combining functionality with aesthetics, the framework is adorned with decorative elements, primarily using steel. The steel pipe, lamp post, and lamp plate undergo a protective hot dip galvanizing process.
3. An advanced electric lifting system is at its core, comprising a robust electric motor, winch, and three sets of hot dip galvanized steel wires and cables.This system ensures a smooth lifting speed between 3 to 5 meters per minute, all neatly housed within the lamp post.
4. A sophisticated guiding and unloading mechanism consisting of guide wheels and arms guarantees the lamp plate remains steady..During lifting, the system ensures perfect alignment, and upon reaching the desired height, the lamp plate is automatically secured with precision hooks.
5. The cutting-edge lighting electrical system can accommodate between 6 to 24 lamps, each ranging from 400W to 1000W, offering options like metal halide (white light), spotlights, and floodlights.A state-of-the-art computer time controller facilitates seamless automation, allowing for part or full illumination as needed.
6. For optimal safety, a lightning protection system is in place: a 1.5-meter lightning rod adorns the top,
while the foundation is outfitted with a 1 meter grounding wire, expertly welded to the underground bolt for maximum security.

Classification of high pole lamps
These lamps are categorized into two types: lifting and non-lifting. Lifting poles exceed 18m in height and offer effortless electric lifting operations. Once elevated, the lamp tray automatically disengages and is securely fastened.
Enhanced safety features include dual control mechanisms, both manual and electric, making it efficient and secure. The lamp tray can be carefully lowered to just 2.5 meters above ground for maintenance.
Equipped with a 10m remote control wire, operators can safely manage the lamp panel from 5m away, ensuring optimal safety and convenience.
Each lift-type high-pole lamp comes with a spare cable. When needed, the cable seamlessly connects the lamp tray to the electrical control system, ensuring continuous power supply and facilitating lamp maintenance.
These lamps boast an IP65 international standard sealing grade, effectively preventing dust and rain infiltration, thus extending bulb life. Constructed from durable aluminum alloy and stainless steel, they offer excellent corrosion resistance.

The lamp post is divided into eight - edge, twelve - edge and eighteen - pyramid - shaped posts according to the diameter. The posts are made of high-strength high-quality steel plates through shearing, bending and automatic welding. Generally, the height of the posts is 20, 25, 30, 35, 40 and other specifications. The designed maximum wind resistance can reach 60m / sec. Each specification consists of 2 to 4 sections of splicing. Flanged steel chassis is provided.
