Product Description

The impressive configuration of our high mast light:

1. The structure typically features a dodecagon or octagonal conical pole. Crafted from high-strength steel plates through precision cutting, bending, and automatic welding, these poles stand tall at heights of 25m, 30m, or 35m. Designed to withstand maximum wind resistance of up to 60 meters per second.

2. Functionality meets aesthetics in our framework, utilizing primarily steel, steel pipe, lamp post, and lamp plate, all hot dip galvanized for superior durability and visual appeal.

3. Our electric lifting system is a marvel of engineering, featuring an electric motor, winch, three sets of hot dip galvanized steel wire ropes, and cables. Internally mounted in the lamp post, this system offers a lifting speed of 3 to 5 meters per minute.

4. The precise guiding and unloading system utilizes a guide wheel and guide arm, ensuring that the lamp plate remains stable and does not shift transversely during the lifting process. Once the lamp plate reaches its position, it is automatically secured and locked in place by the hook.

5. Our advanced lighting electrical system supports 6 to 24 lamps, ranging from 400 W to 1000 W, including metal halide (white light), light, and floodlights. The sophisticated computer time controller can automatically manage switching times, enabling partial or full illumination as required.

6. The robust lightning protection system includes a 1.5-meter-long lightning rod at the top of the lamp post,

and an underground foundation equipped with 1-meter-long grounding wires, securely welded to the underground bolt for enhanced safety.

Classification of high pole lamps
High pole lamps are generally categorized into lifting and non-lifting types. Lifting poles typically exceed 18 meters in height and feature user-friendly electric lifting mechanisms. Upon reaching the designated height, the lamp tray automatically detaches, securely hangs in position, and releases the wire rope with precision.
Lifting high-pole lamps offer dual control options—manual and electric—allowing effortless adjustment of the lamp tray.
For maintenance ease, the lamp tray can be safely lowered to just 2.5 meters above the ground. The manual remote control device features a 10-meter lead-out wire, enabling operators to manage the lamp panel from a safe distance of 5 meters, thus ensuring optimal personal safety.
Each lift-type high-pole lamp includes an emergency cable. Once the tray is lowered, the cable connects the electrical control system to the junction box on the tray, facilitating direct power supply for maintenance of the lamps and lanterns.
All lamps and lanterns in the lift-type high-pole lamps adhere to the IP65 international sealing standard, effectively preventing dust and rain infiltration, thereby extending the bulb's service life. The fixtures are crafted from durable materials such as aluminum alloy plates and stainless steel, known for their excellent corrosion resistance.

Configuration:
1.	The lamp post is divided into eight - edge, twelve - edge and eighteen - pyramid - shaped posts according to the diameter. The posts are made of high-strength high-quality steel plates through shearing, bending and automatic welding. Generally, the height of the posts is 20, 25, 30, 35, 40 and other specifications. The designed maximum wind resistance can reach 60m / sec. Each specification consists of 2 to 4 sections of splicing. Flanged steel chassis is provided.
2.	The main function is frame structure, while the main decorative materials are steel pipes and steel pipes. The lamp post and plate are treated with hot dip zinc.
3.	The electric lifting system consists of a motor, a hoist, three sets of wire ropes and cables, etc. The lamp post is installed in the body and the vertical speed is 3 to 5 meters per minute.
4.	The guiding and unloading system consists of guiding wheels and guiding arms to ensure that the lamp tray does not move laterally during the lifting process and can automatically fall off and be locked by hooks when the lamp tray rises to the right position.
5.	The lighting electrical system is equipped with 6 - 36 gold halogen, sodium, LED and other light source lighting and floodlights, and the computer time controller can automatically control the time of switching lights and partial lighting or full lighting.
6.	Lightning protection system: 1.5 meter lightning rod is installed on the top of the lamp, and 1 meter long ground wire is installed on the underground foundation and welded with the underground bolt.
